woke up at 4.30 this morning again.. *YAWN*
as usual reached my ward at 6.50am.
wat i do todae in de ward?
first as usual take TPR.
bed-sponging for pts.
get to work with a very nice AN.
she never failed to put a smile on her face whenever i ask her questions.
so shocked to know from her that in this ward there will be onli one AN in each shift!
o man dunnoe how can she managed alone w 30 Beds.
she said sometimes there will be even no AN on shift n all the things de SN have to handle.
GOSH!
finished my last bed-sponging @ 10.15am.
which mean i spent almost 2 hrs on sponging pts!
ya my 4 cubicles got alot of pts need to be bed-sponge.
wondering how de AN going to do without us around.
after 10.30am de ward is more free.
walk in n out of de 4 cubicles, finding something to do.
clock striked 11.30am,
we began our TPR again.
went for break @ 12 noon.
spent 15 mins to buy my food up de ward.
no appetite again.
crapping n learnt alot abt guys' THINGS... -.-''.. ya tHANKS ryan for de infor.

after break get to meet our lecturer Ms Chua.
asked us to do a self-intro.. y u join nursing.. how old r u.. blah blah blah...
WAT THE?! crap man..
after i self into. myself, she ask whether i'm a local.
damnz i'm a SINGAPOREAN.. do i really look lit i'm comin fr china?!
after self intoducing.. she told us all the REALITY abt nursing.
ya i quite agreed to wat she said.
although nurses r badly wanted everywhere,
a nursing dip doesnt mean tt u sure gurantee to get a place in de hospital.
it has to realli depend on de market n ur clinical perforamance.
n den she talk n talk n talk more abt de REALITY of nursing..
one hr went past...
left one hr to end our shift.
on de last hour, spent my time talking to pts n frenz.
hope mag. will be able to change shift w mi on next wed as i have to go back to school for de usher meeting.
if she cant i really dunnoe who to ask liao.
cuz seldom people like to change shift.
tat's all.
too tired to write more.
